Join CPY's Synthia Gerson for a spook-tacular Halloween class recommended for ghosts, goblins, witches, monsters, zombies and other creatures ages 4-12. Costumes are optional but fun is required! Class will include 45 minutes of Halloween themed yoga including: meditation, breathing techniques, peace, and deep relaxation.  Ticket includes yoga, family photo, and Halloween treats. Advanced registration encouraged.
