FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I'm new to yoga. Should I come to a class?
We welcome all levels of yogis, including true beginners. We recommend you email us in advance if you have questions and talk to the teacher before class to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. We also welcome yogis to listen to their bodies and choose their own variations or poses during class at any time if what is being cued by the teacher doesn't feel good for their body. This is your practice. You do you.
Can I sign up online/in advance?
Yes! We prefer this method since it's less work for you when you arrive at class. All we do is check off your name and you can get settled and relaxed! Registering online also reduces your wait time at times when everyone arrives at the same time. You can register for all classes here.
What if I forget to sign up online? Can I sign up at class?
Technically, yes. If you forget to sign up in advance, your teacher can do registration on the back end. We never want you to miss a class because of this issue, but you'll have a more relaxed experience when you walk in if you register online in advance here. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early if you need to get signed up on-site.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and cash.
Who is teaching my class?
We try to post this on our website on the calendar. Occasionally, there may be a substitute teacher which will be noted on there.
What should I bring?
Bring your own mat, a water bottle, and a towel if you want one. If you forget your mat, we sometimes have an extra one for you to borrow. And of course, bring and open mind and open heart!
