About the Event

Join CPY instructor Noel Hall for an energetic flow class around the Embrace Sculpture next to Edge City Brewery in Charlotte's MoRA neighborhood. This week is a special July 4th themed yoga class.  Yoga aims for liberation and freedom from a limited mind. Release some of your own limitations this season and flow to some of your favorite patriotic tunes. Ticket includes the 60-minute yoga class and a drink of your choice (including non-alcoholic options). Come as you are.
