ONLINE! Power Flow Fundraiser for Heal Charlotte
Join us for a 60 minute power flow via Zoom. Set up on your patio or living room with your laptop & enjoy an energetic and mindful practice. This will be an intermediate level class but will offer modifications for all levels. Profits will be donated to Heal Charlotte. Registration ends 1hr before.

Heal Charlotte was birthed November 2017 shortly after the protest and riots in the city of Charlotte. Feeling the need to be abridge of communication between citizens and their City officials Founder Greg Jackson wanted to address the real issues thathave been swept under the rug of the city for years. Along with his partner in crime Antuan Smith the two have been able tobring the community together through countless events, starting the #HCDAYOUTHCAMP and training over 80 officers of theCMPD for the new Constructive Conversational Team. With little under a year under their belt Heal Charlotte has become adriving force in community engagement, wellness and growth for the youth of Charlotte.
