About the Event

MY Run & Restore is a monthly, all-levels experience that blends mindful running with intentional yoga. We’ll meet at the Four Mile Creek Trail on South Trade Street to begin with gentle stretches and breathwork to warm the body and connect to breath. From there, we’ll enjoy a relaxed, conversational-paced run back to the Matthews Yoga Collective studio in downtown Matthews. The class concludes with a grounding yoga practice focused on strengthening, mobility, and deep stretching to support running—especially hips, hamstrings, calves, ankles, and core.


This class is designed for anyone curious about combining movement and mindfulness. No running experience required—participants are encouraged to move at a pace that feels sustainable and supportive.
