About the Event
Join us for a free yoga session led by Charlotte Pop-Up Yoga instructor, Natalie Fath. Recharge your battery and gain simple techniques for stress management and self-care. This will include 30 minutes of gentle movement for yogis of all levels followed by 15 minutes of breathwork and meditation that you can carry off your mat and into your work week.
- Bring your own mat/towel and props (if desired).
