About the Event

Recharge your battery and learn simple techniques for stress management and self-care with this free and fun slow flow yoga class. This beginner-friendly class will include 45 minutes of gentle movement followed by 15 minutes of breathwork and meditation that you can carry off your mat and into your work week. 

  • Flexible clothing suggested, but not required.
  • Mat and block will be provided. 
  • Signed waiver requested. (Read and our waiver here.)
