About the Event
Recharge your battery and learn simple techniques for stress management and self-care with this free and fun slow flow yoga class. This beginner-friendly class will include 45 minutes of gentle movement followed by 15 minutes of breathwork and meditation that you can carry off your mat and into your work week.
Flexible clothing suggested, but not required.
Mat and block will be provided.
