Join CPY instructor Noel Hall for an energetic flow class around the Embrace Sculpture next to Edge City Brewery in Charlotte's MoRA neighborhood. Bring a friend and stay for drinks! Ticket includes the 60-minute yoga class and a drink of your choice. Come as you are. All levels welcome!
